Our Goal
We are raising $400,000 to build this unique facility and expand our mission of empowering marginalized, low-income, and vulnerable families through fresh food access, local grower support, and hunger relief—one home at a time.
A Destination for Hope and Nourishment
The Food Hub/Soup Kitchen facility will be located on one acre of farmland owned by the non-profit Family 4 Eternity Farms, 23076 Church St, Capron, VA 23829 (USDA Tract 5107). This facility will be more than just a Food Hub/soup kitchen—it will be a destination hub for food security, education, and community empowerment.
Our Vision
The Food Hub will provide nutritious meals, teach residents to grow their own food, offer sustainable farming practices, create workforce development opportunities, and champion healthy eating with zero tolerance for discrimination.
Why It Matters
Southampton County is home to approximately 18,000 residents, and 1 in 6 face food insecurity. This project will transform our community by creating healthier families, stronger farms, and a more resilient local food system. Since 2024, Family 4 Eternity has been an advocate for our neighbors and driving force in beating hunger, happier children and families, and supporting growers, food access, workforce development, and sustainability.
